- 650g sirloin steak (cubed)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of red chilli flakes (optional)
- Low calorie spray
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
