- 8 6-inch flour tortillas (for chips)
Instructions
- Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and chopping them into small cubes.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, combine chopped apples with brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, lemon juice, and water. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until apples are tender.
- Mix cornstarch with a few tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Stir this into the apple mixture and cook until thickened (about 2 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut into triangles and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
