- In a large pot, combine chopped apricots, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Stir gently.

- Ladle hot jam into sterilized canning jars, leaving 0.5 cm headspace. Seal with lids.
- For long-term storage, process jars in boiling water for 10 minutes.
