  • 1/2 cup light or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup pecans (toasted)
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, melt butter and mix in sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt. Gently fold in banana chunks.
