Description

  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup pine nuts
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese shavings
  • ¼ cup fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a jar, combine white wine vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice. Shake well.
  3. Toss cooled pasta with dressing, pine nuts, cracked pepper, basil, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
