  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 4-5 minutes until golden.
