Bok Choy Chicken is a vibrant stir-fry that brings together tender chicken, crunchy bok choy, and aromatic ginger in a light sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, this dish is not only quick to prepare but also loaded with flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced)
  • 8 oz bok choy (sliced)
  • 1 inch ginger (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Water, white pepper, and sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Slice bok choy while the chicken marinates.
  3. Heat oil in a wok; stir-fry the marinated chicken until opaque. Remove and set aside.
