- 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced)
- 8 oz bok choy (sliced)
- 1 inch ginger (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- Water, white pepper, and sugar to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper for 10 minutes.
- Slice bok choy while the chicken marinates.
- Heat oil in a wok; stir-fry the marinated chicken until opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry ginger in the same wok until fragrant; add chicken back in along with bok choy.
- Pour remaining marinade over the mixture; stir-fry until bok choy is crisp-tender.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
