  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini in salted water according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook the ribeye steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and bell pepper in the same skillet for 5-6 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then add beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low; stir in heavy cream until thickened (2-3 minutes). Add provolone and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
