- 2 cups crushed Biscoff cookies
- 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
