Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 13×9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt until smooth. Gradually add flour and oats; mix until combined.
  3. Reserve one heaping cup of the oat mixture for topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Pour over baked oat crust.
  5. Crumble half of the reserved oat mixture over the fudge layer, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top followed by the remaining oat mixture.
  6. Bake for an additional 25 minutes until lightly browned on top. Cool completely before lifting out and cutting into squares.
