Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 13×9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt until smooth. Gradually add flour and oats; mix until combined.
- Reserve one heaping cup of the oat mixture for topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Pour over baked oat crust.
- Crumble half of the reserved oat mixture over the fudge layer, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top followed by the remaining oat mixture.
- Bake for an additional 25 minutes until lightly browned on top. Cool completely before lifting out and cutting into squares.
