Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine non-dairy yogurt, cashew butter, maple syrup, and mix until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop dollops of the mixture onto it.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Freeze again for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
