  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Reserve 2 tablespoons of seasoned flour.
  2. Dip each pork chop into buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture until well coated.
