Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In boiling salted water, cook gnocchi until they float (3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream while stirring.
- Gradually stir in grated Asiago until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked gnocchi and sliced chicken to the sauce; toss gently until well coated.
