Description

Air Fryer Potato Skins are a must-try for snack lovers! These crispy, golden-brown delights offer the perfect blend of fluffy baked potato and savory toppings, making them an irresistible appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits (or turkey bacon)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the Russet potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Cook the whole potatoes in the air fryer for 35–40 minutes until tender.
  4. Allow cooling slightly, then cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the flesh.
  5. Brush each skin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place skins skin-side down in the air fryer and cook for 10–15 minutes until crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, fill with cheese and bacon bits, then return for another few minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
