  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove any outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem.
  3. Slice the cauliflower into two thick 'steaks' about 1-inch thick.

  5. Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mixture.
