Ingredients

- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Melt unsalted butter and espresso in a saucepan over low-medium heat.
- Stir in cocoa powder and chopped chocolate until fully melted.
- In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Combine chocolate mixture with sugar mixture; whisk to form batter.
- Add eggs; whisk until smooth.
- Incorporate flour and baking soda; mix well.
