- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix in sour cream. Stir in melted chocolate chips until well combined.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top, then add the remaining filling mixture.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle remaining pecans on top.
