  • 6 cups mixed greens (arugula and spinach)

  • 4 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

  3. Grill corn alongside the steak for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Let steak rest before slicing thinly against the grain. Cut grilled corn off the cob.
  5. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced steak, corn, and gorgonzola.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, toss gently, and serve immediately.
