  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
  • 68 whole pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Cut butter into pieces and place on top of the chicken.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is tender.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot and mix with sauce before serving.
