  • 1 can (5 oz) high-quality tuna packed in water
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Rinse and drain black beans, then add them to the bowl.
  3. Halve cherry tomatoes and dice the avocado; add these along with chopped cilantro to the mixing bowl.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
