  • 1 red or green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 cup English cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook ditalini pasta until al dente, following package instructions.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and cool under cold running water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until combined.
