Description

Easter Dirt Cake is the ultimate no-bake dessert that captures the spirit of spring celebrations.   • 1 package Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (3.3 oz each)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Easter candy (Peeps, Robin eggs, sprinkles)

Instructions

  1. Crush two-thirds of the Oreo package into fine crumbs and layer them at the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and instant vanilla pudding until smooth. Gently fold this mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture over the Oreo layer and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining crushed Oreos and refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
  6. Just before serving, decorate with your choice of Easter candies.
