  • 1 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine blanched broccoli, crumbled bacon, cranberries, almonds, and red onion. Toss gently.
