- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1 large Onion
- 1 cup Bell Peppers (mixed colors)
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic
- Juice of 1 Lime
- ½ cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.
- While the chicken rests, chop onion and bell peppers. Sauté in the same skillet for about 4 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and season with salt.
