Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
- 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 6 cups water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 2 carrots, sliced
- 6 oz rotini pasta
- Fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove

Instructions
