- Shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the chopped potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground meat until browned. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent. Stir in peas, carrots, tomato paste, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Grease a muffin tin. Spoon filling into each cup until about ⅔ full; top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown; optionally broil for an extra crisp top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
