  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or hoisin for vegetarian option)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (or hoisin), sesame oil, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the drained noodles and pour the prepared sauce over them.
  4. Toss the noodles in the sauce for about 1–2 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.
