  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
