- 2 roasted cherry tomato halves
- 1 small cube fresh mozzarella
- Shredded romaine or basil ribbons
- Drizzle of balsamic glaze

Instructions
- 1. Cook the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water; bring to a boil, cover, turn off heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 10 minutes before peeling.
