  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente (9-11 minutes).
  2. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for the last three minutes of cooking.
  3. Drain pasta and asparagus; rinse under cold water to cool.
  4. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, asparagus, peas, and dill.
  6. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to combine.
