  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Sauté cauliflower florets for 5–6 minutes until golden.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and garnish with parsley before serving hot.
