Description

Indulge in the exquisite flavors of grilled lobster tail, a dish that brings the ocean’s essence right to your backyard. Perfectly grilled and brushed with a heavenly garlic herb butter, this recipe is ideal for summer barbecues, romantic dinners, or any special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (68 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
  3. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat and reserve some for basting.
  5. Grill lobster tails shell side down for about 5 minutes. Flip and baste with remaining garlic butter; grill for another 5 minutes until meat is opaque.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving hot.
