Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lobster tails (6–8 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
- In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat and reserve some for basting.
- Grill lobster tails shell side down for about 5 minutes. Flip and baste with remaining garlic butter; grill for another 5 minutes until meat is opaque.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving hot.
