  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup bell pepper
  • 8 pitas
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese
  • Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
  2. Coat chicken chunks in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While marinating, chop cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and parsley. Mix with feta cheese and season.
  4. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).
