  • lbs salmon (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • ¼ cup honey (or pure maple syrup)
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 2 tsp chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat with olive oil.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and honey; simmer until thickened.
  4. Toss the salmon in the sauce until well coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives before serving.
