Ingredients
- 1½ lbs salmon (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 2 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- ¼ cup honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 2 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 tsp chopped chives
Instructions
- Pat the salmon cubes dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat with olive oil.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and honey; simmer until thickened.
- Toss the salmon in the sauce until well coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives before serving.
