The rich caramelization enhances every bite, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 pounds baby back pork ribs
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup pure raw honey
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat dry. Trim excess fat for better flavor absorption.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and cider vinegar until well blended.
  4. Place ribs in a large baking dish or resealable bag; pour marinade over them, ensuring even coating. Marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about two hours until tender. Remove foil during the last 30 minutes for caramelization.
  6. Once cooked through, let rest briefly before slicing and serving with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
