Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

- 3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar mixture.
- 4. Beat in the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
- 5. Alternate adding milk and dry ingredients into the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- 6. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
