  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 12 ounces mixed berries
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (for topping)
  • 1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes; cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in ricotta, sugar, and vanilla.
  5. Add eggs one at a time; fold in heavy cream, flour, lemon juice, and zest.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for about 75 minutes or until slightly wobbly.
  7. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar; chill overnight before serving.
