- 1 pound bowtie pasta

- 2 handfuls baby arugula
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
