- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 medium head romaine lettuce (chopped)

- ½ medium jicama (diced)
- 4 medium tomatoes (diced)
- 1 ½ cups canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 4 ears corn (or frozen corn)
Instructions
