  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 6 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until soft, then add minced garlic.
