Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 oz) box peach gelatin
- 4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, dissolve peach gelatin in boiling water. Fold in chopped peaches and let cool until soft set.
- Crush pretzels in a resealable bag using a rolling pin. Combine with powdered sugar and melted butter; press into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
- Pour the set gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until fully set.
