- 370 ml fire-roasted red peppers
- 4 Thai chili peppers
- 6 green onions
- 1 large lemon (zest and juice)
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1/3 cup olive oil
