Ingredients

- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

- Add chopped pineapple, apple cider vinegar, water, lime juice, honey (if using), and salt. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook uncovered for 10–15 minutes until the pineapple softens and the mixture reduces slightly.
- Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth; adjust consistency with more water if needed.
