- ½ pound broccolini
- 1 medium red onion
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- 1 pound thinly sliced porchetta
- ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons beer
- 4 ciabatta rolls
