- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- Boil salted water in a pot; cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add heavy cream and reserved pasta water; simmer for 3 minutes. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add sliced chicken and drained pasta to the skillet; toss everything together until well-coated in sauce.
