  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 11/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/21 tablespoon 2% or skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 11/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced into 1/4-in cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
