- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1–1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2–1 tablespoon 2% or skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1–1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced into 1/4-in cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
