  • 1 cup + 4 tablespoons heavy cream (divided)

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grate the cold butter into the dry mixture and rub until it resembles coarse meal.
  4. Stir in rosemary and goat cheese; add heavy cream gradually until just mixed.
  5. Turn out dough onto a floured surface, knead gently six times, then pat into a round about 1 inch thick.
  6. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with remaining cream and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
