  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 12 oz biscuits (cut into quarters)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and combine the meat mixture with quartered biscuits in a bowl.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan and top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
