- 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 pound turkey Italian sausage
- 28 ounces marinara sauce
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 8 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 tablespoon parsley
