Ingredients
- 4–5 lobster tails
- 1/4 tbsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- ⅛ cup butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting down the middle of each shell and gently lifting out the meat while keeping it attached.
- Season the meat with a mix of kosher salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and canola oil.
- Preheat your smoker to medium-high (375°F).
- Smoke the lobster tails for 20-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- In the last ten minutes, melt butter in a basting skillet and mix in parsley, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
- Glaze each tail with the butter sauce before serving.
